One of the front ...

One of the front desk employees never answered the phone and wasnt very heplful when she answered she had me on hold for 10 minutes ,no microwave,tv in the room was some how screw in cluding the remote,only 1 ice machine located on the other side of the hotel ,you have to go trugh the pool gates and the back doors and more stairs .my room was on the back side .front office doesn't allow guest to use the bathroom they tell you no we don't have one.computer access super slow it needs upgraded.finally breakfast is pretty bad the people in the back didn't have much care of what was going on upfront. Other complained about no sign to figure out decaf to regular and the juce machine was spitting out water instead of juce.overpriced for the service that they provide almost $190 this was my experience

The room was clean ...

The room was clean and had been remodeled recently, but from there it went down hill. Waited an hour for somebody to come to the reception desk (had reservations or would have left after 5 minutes) then the room had to be 85 degrees or warmer (no aircondition) the curtains had holes in them, couldn't move on the bed without it banging on the wall. Was a nice location but I will not stay there again

Takes full advantage of ...

Takes full advantage of being conveniently located and are horrible to customers in addition to over charging. Asked for a fan, front desk responds that they are “closed” for the night and to check back in the morning on a one night stay. Stay away and support the actual mom and pop inns in the area instead of this franchise. Did I mention that if you have kids, they won’t be able to run around since the carpets aren’t clean enough? Don’t forget the paper thin wall special either. All of this for a $250 “King suite”. The place should be rated 0

The person at the front desk is the most disgusting and rude person I've ever known he hang up the phone 2 times on me poor guy hates his jo
