it is truly a ...

it is truly a one star hotel. The room was over priced and there was no breakfast in the morning I paid $415.00 to stay one night on a Friday, When I got to my room the heater was running and cracked up to 90 degreesAnd there was no AC to cool down the room.Do not stay at this hotel not up to best western standards!!!!!!! In the morning wen I went to check out I complained about the heater being cracked up and the lady at the front desk blamed it on the person that stayed in the room las

This hotel gets a zero star review, it is truly a one star hotel. Takes full advantage of being conveniently located and are horrible to customers in addition to over charging. Asked for a fan, front desk responds that they are “closed” for the night and to check back in the morning on a one night stay. …MoreTakes full advantage of being conveniently located and are horrible to customers in addition to over charging. Asked for a fan, front desk responds that they are “closed” for the night and to check back in the morning on a one night stay. Stay away and support the actual mom and pop inns in the area instead of this franchise. Did I mention that if you have kids, they won’t be able to run around since the carpets aren’t clean enough? Don’t forget the paper thin wall special either. All of this for a $250 “King suite”. The place should be rated 0
