Super friendly staff, central ...

Super friendly staff, central location in Carmel, and good value. Parking was a little tight for our midwestern SUV, but that was probably only a problem for the driver (YT)

it is truly a ...

it is truly a one star hotel. The room was over priced and there was no breakfast in the morning I paid $415.00 to stay one night on a Friday, When I got to my room the heater was running and cracked up to 90 degreesAnd there was no AC to cool down the room.Do not stay at this hotel not up to best western standards!!!!!!! In the morning wen I went to check out I complained about the heater being cracked up and the lady at the front desk blamed it on the person that stayed in the room las

This hotel gets a zero star review, it is truly a one star hotel.
