A Carmel Village does not have street numbers so if you are trying to plug the address into your GPS, please search the hotel by business name or phone number.

A Due to the cool breeze in Carmel all year round, guest rooms do not come with air Conditioning. No hotels in Carmel provide air conditioning. However, our Guest rooms are equipped with portable oscillating fans.

A Although the hotel is staffed 24 hours of the day, our lobby hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.

A Our hotel is a two-story building and does not have elevator access.

Can we guarantee a room on the ground floor while making a reservation?

A The only rooms that are guaranteed on the ground floor are our Single Queen bed accessible rooms, for which you have to make reservation for that room type. We can put a request in the reservation for upstairs or downstairs, strictly based on availability.

A Hotel does not require A/C as Carmel experiences the pacific breeze all year round. However hotel provides oscillating tower fans in each of the guest rooms.

Our menu includes Belgian waffles, breakfast meats, fresh fruits, fruit juices, your choice of breads, baked local pastries, English muffins, bagels and cream cheese, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, slow cooked oatmeal with toppings, several cold cereals, coffee, teas and hot chocolate.
